A) Please understand that I take appointments throughout the day, I am not sat behind a computer screen 24/7 waiting for you to E mail; as a rule I don't log on until after 9.30pm most evenings as I have family life that comes before this, at which point I read and reply to most E mails (do bear in mind that I have a lot of E mails each day ~ during holiday periods you may not receive a reply straightaway!) If you do not hear anything from me within 3 days then please use one of my other E mail contacts found in the "Contacts" page or check your spam folder.
If you are *telephoning and I don't answer then I am obviously busy with an appointment also it is sometimes inconvenient for me to talk ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENINGS hence why it states 10am -4pm!! I cannot answer when I have an appointment as my premises are away from my office. I will NOT answer calls after 4pm, weekends or bank holidays. I will not answer any WITHHELD or UNKNOWN caller numbers. I MOST CERTAINLY DO NOT CALL ANYONE after 4pm so please do not ask as I have stated times many times the best form of contact is via E mail. DO NOT USE my office number for booking appointments this is specifically for people who have placed an order or wish to do so, at which point if I am not available you may leave me a message informing me what product you are enquiring about and when it is safe to call you back!
Also note if you have booked on two consecutive occasions and cancelled, DO NOT bother trying again, I will not waste my time on someone who can not keep appointments. I do not answer text messages at all please respect this, which is why I prefer you to E mail then our conversation can not be over heard by anyone!
Do bear in mind that I run all my own websites myself therefore, have to spend the time keeping them updated, adding clips & photos plus doing shoots, so you may not get a reply straight away.
With this in mind if you have booked an appointment then you are obviously coming to see me, please don't waste my time asking silly questions on E mails that are either answered on this site if you look or that I can answer when we meet face to face, if you keep sending E mails constantly asking irrelevant questions I will deem you to be wasting my precious time and cancel your appointment, the same applies to people who E mail over a period of time, book appointments that they then cancel...DO YOU ACTUALLY think I have nothing better to do than keeping replying to you when it is so obvious you have no intention of visiting if you insist on doing this I will add your name to my blocked E mails plus inform other professional ladies.
You may also like to note that it is my time I use in answering E mails, a lot of Pro-ladies will charge you for replying or have a third person doing so, I chose not too but I am not the oracle of spanking, I do not sit here waiting for all and sundry to ask me silly questions seriously, contrary to belief I do have a little bit of life <smiles> beyond just spanking!!!

*If you telephone my mobile and I am not available please leave me a quick message or indeed text but be aware you are far more likely to get a reply if you E mail as I see people most days, hold shoots, run a business, have a family/real life so it maybe inconvenient for me to speak on the telephone. Under no circumstances use my office number to call to book an appointment or to have a chat with me this number is for sales only.
