A) If you have contacted me via E mail I do log down your E mail address and a few details these are used to help me identify you when you arrive, when contact is made on the day of your appointment via telephone I log your number into my phone to aid me in your future calls.  NON of this is made public and I will never use any of this information against you or pass onto a third party,  as per Data Protection Act 1998.
Discretion on my part is assured. YOUR E-MAIL address will never be divulged or CC to anyone else, when sending & replying to people you will ONLY receive an individual E mail from myself. Personally I can't abide people who send those E mails to you with everyone else's addresses cc'd on it, I think it is very indiscreet, definitely not safe and most of all very selfish of the sender to advertise your own personal E mail without your permission.
