A) Well, if you don't want marks then you aren't going to get it really hard, due to the amount of pressure one needs to use the hand you will inevitably get some mottling, as for the cane if you want this delivered hard then obviously you will be left with purple weal's, again if the tawse is used full force then you will be left with bruising.
It is nye on impossible to give you a hard spanking etc: without it marking you in some way. My advice is start off gently ease yourself into play, you will build up a resistance anyway but DON'T go into it with the idea you want it as hard as possible because marking, bruising will happen. Once again it also depends on the person administering the punishment and what you have said to them. Please think about this seriously and what you want to gain from your first experience.
