A) It isn't a problem for me if you can give me enough notice (24 hours is usually courteous), I do understand problems arise at undue moments BUT please, please do not make up silly excuses, I believe in honesty so just tell me the truth rather than some of the futile excuses I hear, do remember I have probably already heard that one several times!
If you re-book and cancel this appointment I will then ask for a 75% deposit if you book a third time. If you fail to arrive for this one then I am afraid I will class you as a time waster and I will most definitely not entertain you again. Think about it, someone else who I know will turn up and enjoy themselves could use this time and it is not fair on them or me, if you keep cancelling appointments. ALSO note if you cancel three times, I will notify other professional ladies of your name & contact details so that they are not inconvenienced with time wasters.
